- Heat Management & Zoning
- Setting Up for Low & Slow
- Price includes refreshments.
- Food will be served all through the 4 hour course, please come hungry!
Typical example menu is as follows:
- Sausage with Chimmichuri
- Hanger Steak Tacos
- BBQ Thighs
- BBQ Pork Shoulder or Brisket
- Jerk Wings
Course will run for approx 4 hours and the cost per person is £85, class size will usually be 6/7 people.
